Why is the dehumidifier failing to absorb moisture ?
Moisture absorber perform more effectively when the relative humidity reaches 60% RH or above. Generally, higher humidity levels accelerate moisture absorption, while lower humidity slows it down. If the humidity drops to 40% RH or below, the absorber will near a standstill until the relative humidity rises again. *** Please also ensure that the foil seal has been completely removed, as the moisture absorption process will not begin otherwise. ***
How to dispose of the liquid inside the absorber container ?
To dispose of the product, pour the liquid directly down the drain or sink and flush thoroughly with water.
Why do the dehumidifier pellets turn into a hard block ?
The moisture absorption process of the product is as follows: Upon absorbing moisture, the dehumidifying pellets will cluster into small clumps, eventually consolidating into a single large block. As the dissolving process accelerates, the accumulated liquid will drain downwards until the pellets dissolve completely. *** Note: The absorption and dissolution rate depends entirely on the actual ambient humidity and temperature ***
